Bowers Museum
At this museum i first looked at the Polynesian art which was tribal and kind of stereotypical artifacts but none the less, the exhibit was pretty engaging. They had many spears and such and also a good amount of tiki type statues. It was interesting how all these pieces were from such a vast area in the Pacific Ocean from Hawaii all the way to Australia.
I then headed over to the Italian and Native American section where i absolutely loved the Italian art. My favorite type of art is like old European work, that's why i enjoyed that exhibit. The native American stuff was just not my taste of art, im sure its good to other people but i was not feeling it.
This museum was not particularly big so i was in and out pretty fast. But i did enjoy this one.
